Here’s some interesting numbers for y’all concerning day one of our historic occupation of downtown Houston. On Thursday, October 6 we had:
- 800 people marching towards City Hall
- 300 attendees of the first general assembly in occupied Hermann Square Plaza.
- 65 people occupying Hermann Square Plaza overnight
This is nothing short of amazing. With this kind of momentum we can’t possibly be stopped. Let’s keep this going, everyone! This is far from over!
