We came together and joined hands in hopes for his full and expedient recovery. We are not however criminalizing the police force or demonizing them in any way. We understand the police have taken an oath to serve and protect us. And we hope they do so by bringing the individuals responsible for the bloodshed to justice, whichever side they may be on. RDC I have to say you almost perfectly emulate the exact things our movement is against. Its actually almost been a pleasure having you here to voluntarily create an example of what is wrong with the world. The fear, the ignorance, the hate, the lack of concern for the well being of other human beings. I myself don't give a crap about Scott Olsen...And as far as the witness is concerned..Well being one or the occupiers what do you they will say...He was told to disperse along with everyone else and decided not to...When the Police order you to leave...Then leave...The parks don't belong to you to live in, trash. and create all kinds of unsanitary conditions ….And for Scott….He is a disgrace to the United States Marine Corps

Soldiers praying is not a crime! Why does the ACLU think it's okay to stomp on the civil liberties of the majority to appease the minority?

If you look closely at the picture above, you will note that all the Marines pictured are bowing their heads. That's because they're praying.

This incident took place at a recent ceremony honoring the birthday of the corps, and it has the ACLU up in arms. "These are federal employees," says Lucius Traveler, a spokesman for the ACLU, "on federal property and on federal time. For them to pray is clearly an establishment of religion, and we must nip this in the bud immediately."

When asked about the ACLU's charges, Colonel Jack Fessender, speaking for the Commandant of the Corps said (cleaned up a bit), "Screw the ACLU." GOD Bless Our Warriors, Send the ACLU to France.

Attorneys profit from lawsuits because they are allowed to collect attorney fees. The ACLU doesn't operate on a shoestring, they are very well funded and have their hand out asking for money just as much as any politician and people like you. Who does the ACLU use those donations to defend? Well, the North American Man Boy Love Association, also known as NAMBLA, was defended by the ACLU. NAMBLA is an organization that very openly advocates homosexual child
molestation (man-boy love).The ACLU has also defended suspected terrorists and combatants of the United States military in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. There is nothing like your good intentioned donations being used to help someone plotting to kill your children.

The ACLU certainly doesn't act like any union that cares about American Civil Liberties.

Please to take note of the phrase "...peaceably to assemble".  When the assembly becomes a mob it is no longer peaceful and presents a clear and present danger to the public and the public expects those hired to perform their duty to preserve, protect and defend will do so.

ideas for cooperative group actions to enhance protection of "occupiers"  constitutionally

protected rights to "free speech," and "to peacefully assemble" to ask our government to

start serving the people's needs---- and stop serving the big corporations' greed.  In case you

did not know, earlier today, in Oakland, California, an OccupyOakland (OO) protester, Scott Olsen

suffered a skull fracture and brain-swelling from a police projectile fired by  Oakland police into a crowd of OO peaceful protesters.  Scott Olsen was an Iraq war veteran and a, reportedly active member of "Veterans for Peace." Scott is currently in critical or serious condition in a California hospital.  MEC. See video & details on the web at:
