We need a GROUP site somewhere flickr wherever that people can access to upload pics. Not sure how to do that, I think it would need to be set up so that you need the password to be able to UPLOAD but its viewable to anyone, i.e. public. Is someone already working on setting this up? No need to duplicate efforts.
