never mind… is there a way to delete this post?

At first I was thinking that the occupiers should be specifically protesting not just corporations buying politicians, but also organized crime buying politicians. But now that I think about it a little more, maybe the protest covers that impliedly.

Considering the fact that corporations bought the Supreme Court and called their corporate dollar contributions "free speech," I think the problem is much more the corporations.  Sure, though, the corporations have mafia connections, such as the oil companies using BFI for waste disposal.

The thing is, that it's no one person, corporation, or group's fault. That's why our demands are so scattered. We'd be wasting time right now trying to track down all the exact causes of our anger and define them in workable terms. We all understand the system is broken, and it's going to take weeks, possibly months before we can devise a better one. That's what the General Assembly is, a combination of behavioral sciences and information theory programmed to generate more efficient and fair governmental processes when you add people dedicated to Positive and non-violent speech and action.
