What's the plan re Houston Fashion Week?  I have a hunch that the %0.001 who can afford $35,000 wear-once gowns to $5,000pp galas are also the ones pulling in $20 million/year salaries and not paying a whole lot o' taxes.  And don't even get me started on the sweatshops…
