Thank you for voting on my proposal and accepting it. I spoke to some of you regarding the lack of South Asian Indian supporters. Many assume that Indian Americans, who are known to have jobs in corporate American (CEO of Pepsi is Indian Woman, Indian Americans consistently list high on Forbes and Fortune Mags, LandRover, Jaugar is owned by TATA, and Indian company). Despite the fact that Indian Americans may just be in the 1%…hundreds in Houston and tens of thousands across the United States are now in the 99% because of jobs cuts and outsourcing-yes, Indian Americans are losing their jobs because their positions are being outsouced by cheap labor in India. There are Indian Americans who refuse to talk about and join the movement or even allow a discussion to occur. They do not feel that it is the Indian Americans problem and that we should not meddle in the affairs of Caucasian Americans affairs. There are also those who do not come out because they are afraid to be tagged as a trouble maker in the Indian American society.

So as a graphic designer, which is a rare occupation for an Indian American in Houston, I have made a sticker

template in Adobe Illustrator bearing the US and India Flag. At the top is says, #OccupyHouston, underneath "#IndianAmericansOccupy", underneath the flags in vector, crossed over each other.

This is a template that can be printed out on sticker paper. I'm going to make as many as these as I can for other countries. I'll start a new post for it and if other graphic designers are reading this and can help me make the vector files for each country, it will be a lot easier for non graphic designers to print pdfs of it and make stickers.

The one I have made is a circle template, and I should also make a one with a square so its easier to cut out.
