Greetings!

I suggest you place a giant suggestions box with pens and slips of paper near the place where you keep the signs at the edge of camp.  The box would say to passers by

in BIG letters: "what is one thing your government could do Right Now to improve your satisfaction? "

and in smaller letters: "Imagine that the government is here to Serve You; tell us anonymously, in 10 words or less, what is it you wish?  Put in as many wishes as you like, the more the better."

then someone could keep track of the many 'wishes'…hopefully if you limit people to ten words or less they will be so simple as to tally up in some way…..
