LOL Your post just shows how small and narrowminded you are. And Im sure you've never actually taken time to go down to a protest yourself to meet the people there. Ya know people did protest before the 60s drug boom. Protest does not equal Hippies fest, even though I have no problem with hippies until they try to fight for a cause when they dont know anything about it, but you cant apply that to all 'hippies', there are alot of people who smoke pot and love the hippies culture/style yet have degrees, are professors, and are well educated. I cant stand people like you that like to put people in to categories and label them stupid for their 'style' or for their different lifestyle from your own. There's a diverse amount of Americans at the protests and even if they do smoke pot, that doesnt make them ignorant, marijuana is another civil rights issue that needs to be added to the list and addressed and Im sure anyone wouldnt be stupid enough to take it to a place that has been raided by the police frequently. Im tired of hearing people make fun of potheads like they are retarded while us who are in school or have degrees and smoke sit back and laugh. If you would spend some time with more people in the world than just your mom and the television you'd see that marijuana is smoked by a variety of different people that are different ages and have different occupations, from ditch diggers and janitors to lawyers and doctors.
